About me

Since 2006, I have been a leader of research and development teams in the automotive industry. During this time I have built 4 teams from scratch, in 3 international companies – joint stock companies and a family company. My teams ranged from 6 to 40 people, mostly engineers.
On the blog I share my experiences, what I evaluate positively and what went wrong.

As a Coach, I try to analyze and learn from everyday situations, and thus stimulate and develop my own self-awareness, as well as that of the people I have had the opportunity to work with.
An area that is at the center of my interest is innovation, ways of stimulating creativity, supporting creative processes and understanding the factors that block these processes.
